Availability

Angela is available for appointments on the following days and times:

• Tuesdays: 1pm-5pm

• Wednesdays: 9am-5pm

• Thursdays: 9am-5pm

• Saturdays: 10am-4.30pm

Fees

• The standard fee for a 50-60min session is $240. Initial sessions are $285. Angela does not Bulk Bill. Angela’s fees are well below the Australian Psychological Societies recommended standard fee of $311 for a 46-60min session.

 

Referrals

• A referral letter and Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP) from a GP, Psychiatrist or Paediatrician is required to claim a Medicare rebate.

• However, you do not need a GP letter to see me.

 

Rebates

• Medicare: Angela is a registered Medicare provider and accepts the Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP) from GPs and Psychiatrists. The Medicare rebate of $96.65 per session is available with a for up to 10 sessions per calendar year. Angela can process your Medicare claim on your behalf once the account is fully paid.

• Private health insurance: Please contact your health fund to discuss your level of cover for a rebate. Angela cannot process private health fund rebates.

• Please note that you cannot claim both Medicare and private health rebates for the same session.

 

Cancellation Policy

• Appointments missed or rescheduled within 48hrs will incur the full fee.

• Please note that Medicare and health funds will not provide a rebate for cancelled or missed appointments.
